The Summer Solstice Potluck project, was the response to a special invitation by Chef Sarasai Yutuc. Her intention was to celebrate the longest day of the year with a dinner for the community of friends she had collected. The task for Fifty by US was making an otherwise empty store front into a rich visual dream den which would remain in place as an installation piece throughout the summer for other events at the space. All materials used in the constructions, were recycled from supply closets at our Los Angeles studio.
